Commission & Service Policies for Eyrae.
1. Payment Terms
All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-reversible once the project or commission has commenced. Please ensure absolute certainty before confirming your invoice or transferring funds[cite: 1]. For larger software or game development contracts, an initial deposit may be required before any code is written or assets are modeled.
2. Client Responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing clear, accurate, and complete requirements[cite: 1]. I will not be held liable for any mistakes, delays, or dissatisfaction arising from incomplete briefs or incorrect details provided by the client prior to the start of the project[cite: 1].
3. Revisions & Scope
Minor adjustments are accommodated within reason during the drafting or initial structural phases[cite: 1]. However, major structural changes requested due to client oversight or altering the initial idea mid-development will incur additional charges[cite: 1]. The scope of work is locked in once the invoice is paid.
4. Copyright & Usage
Unless explicitly stated under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), I retain the right to showcase all completed commissions, web builds, and game assets within my portfolio, social media, and professional galleries. Claiming my structural code, models, or art as entirely your own original creation without credit is strictly prohibited.
By initiating a commission, you automatically agree to these terms.
